Its flat out bad business to exclude customers period. Figure out a way to have your customers not fight in line sure, but never shorten the line unless it is absolutely necessary (ie criminal)
- freedomben 3y agoIt's worse business to get hacked or sued, especially if you're a bank.

- Mindwipe 3y agoLosing half a percent of your traffic to get rid of 80% of spam, malware and DDOS attacks is pretty much always worth it and good business.
