It certainly was an intro, but not very comprehensive, and feels like it was written by people who obviously don't have much first hand experience with counter UAS or counter battery offerings. The things they were talking about with regards to target ID and recognition have existed for many, many years now. Most counter battery radars that I am familiar with could be fitted with electro-optical systems for ID, and that was at least 10-15 years ago.
