I cancelled my subscription. I listen to Spotify all the time and think it's great... but it keeps getting worse. For example, it used to suggest tracks to add to a playlist, now it has replaced that feature with an 'enhance' button that forces their choices on your playlist.
And I'm done with optional arbitrary price increases.
- adamparsons 3y agothis broke me the other day. I've always defended spotify through all their shitty decisions, but lately they've had a very take-it-or-leave-it approach to their key features. The answer given by support is literally "we removed it for no reason, we might do something else later". How on earth did that pass their internal processes?
