Well the title is a bit of hyperbole, but Apple is in an unbelievably strong position right now. I think key on the Android side is going to be value. They really need at $99-$250 price points. On the Windows side, I think Microsoft is playing their cards right. They have virtually no apps but with Windows 8 they will have a storefront that will be installed on tens of millions of devices, which should solve the app problem over time.
