I did this with a tiny 35w GAN power adapter from Anker when I was traveling in Amsterdam with my M1 Max. Sure, it was a little slow but the weight savings in my bag was well worth it haha. The outlet adapter was literally larger than the charger.
- wslh 3y agoGreat to know other people played with this charging format. It wold be great to play with less power either. What I fiound interesting is that other notebooks refuse to charge at these levels. I am completely ignorant about if this could damage batteries or not. Confused by people in Reddit.
