- joshmlewis 15y agoI'm just learning vim and just yesterday I was wondering why they chose the escape key.
- shabble 15y agoThese days I mostly use Ctrl-C instead of Esc, just because it's so much easier to type. If you make a serious commitment to vi(m) though, binding your capslock to esc is probably the better way to go.
- graywh 15y agoI found ctrl there more useful. Especially for its use with other programs.
