It is certainly not fun to have serious un/poorly treated mental illness and being thrown on the streets to fend for yourself. Most aren’t attacking people, they’re just suffering in their own hell. Being in a controlled environment where they’ll have to take appropriate medication and treatment would be much better for themselves
