You still need downlinks with this. You could have some base stations run by amateurs, but that paints a target on their backs in a similar way running a Tor node already does.
- ghaff 3y agoAs with Sealand/HavenCo and international waters/micronations more broadly. Even if no country with guns chooses to take direct action, it takes very little--if they care enough--to cut off supplies and any meaningful communications.
