This appears to have been published in the second half of 2021. I recall some heady weeks in 1998, attempting to enable IPSEC between my twin OpenBSD Apollo 425t systems. "hard and near impossible to debug from an almost-working to a fully working setup" is an understatement! I never got it to the almost-working stage!
