Let throw out there that if you are into cheese making, Dave Potter of https://www.getculture.com https://www.getculture.com / Dairy Connection is an all around great guy, educator, and absolutely knows everything about cheese making. Their sites are a great place to order your cheese making supplies and reach out with questions. The kind of place you get a handwritten note in your order because they remembered you had asked them a question.
