Is the name WASTE a reference to Pynchon's The Crying of Lot 49?
- digitalboss 3y ago"The name WASTE is a reference to Thomas Pynchon's novel The Crying of Lot 49. In the novel, W.A.S.T.E. is (among other things) an underground postal service." - Wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WASTE https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WASTE
- BLKNSLVR 3y agoI'm pretty sure reading about the inspiration for the WASTE name was my gateway to Pynchon. For which I'm ever grateful.
