If your viewpoint is “material resources being wasted” is bad, then call out the side that started wasting resources first. They were the catalyst for “resources” being wasted.

That wasn't my point? It was that the ACLU probably has bigger fish to fry. This one didn't need a legal intervention by the ACLU. They'll win this one anyway.
