Redmine is fine for ITSM and software development projects because of it's ticket-oriented workflows and source code integration. But as an actual project management tool, ProjeQtor is the best open source tool I've found: https://www.projeqtor.org/en/ https://www.projeqtor.org/en/ It's very lightweight and feature-rich. They really need to get a UI designer who helps them to move from that amateur UI to something that looks professional.
