Likewise. I used it 10 years ago and it looks the same. Good luck trying to get non-technical people to use it.

- harrisoned 3y agoNon-tech people can use it with no issues, my whole company uses it. People just need to pay attention to what they are doing, and be organized. At the beginning it can be kinda painfull, but it's all worth it.
