Unfortunately with Azure, while authentication may be more obvious, 0x80003007 ERR_UNKNOWN type things aren't. Also, what's up with the way almost every any change in Azure takes some random period, sometimes hours, to take effect and there's not necessarily any indication that anything is happening.
