PHP is native in the same way Python, Red, Java, etc are native. They have a VM, but otherwise interface directly with the OS. It is in no way similar to JS/HT

PHP is native in the same way Python, Red, Java, etc are native. They have a VM, but otherwise interface directly with the OS.
It is in no way similar to JS/HTML in a browser (or Electron).
