Sure it does, just read the article from the BBC, not a single place does it mention the current solar maximum.
- JohnFen 3y agoI don't think a single piece from popular media demonstrates the full spectrum of thought amongst the experts. If you look at the actual research, solar effects are absolutely being taken into account.
