Moderators' expectations were already rock bottom as Reddit had failed to deliver the tools it promised a decade ago. Moderators who haven't left already will more than likely stick around for the long haul, so there's no real rush on Reddit's side anymore (again). We're back to the status quo, except now without third-party apps. I don't approve of it, but it is what it is.
