SMS is easy enough. Sharing with strangers isn't my job.

  Yes You can totally share with friends and former coworkers you know. I've heard of some sharing the company ads with a few acquaintances or PPL who looked for job on LinkedIn to get the bonus if they are hired. But receiving ads and sharing them to the world is the job of recruitment companies (or websites like indeed). So no need to do it for free. (Also, that's time consuming, like full time job)

  It's not so much it isn't your job, but wouldn't you want to help someone in desperate need for a job, especially if you would benefit (in some form of incentive) from it too?
