Because water can just be manufactured? I don't understand your making that assumption when the states in the region, plus Mexico and Native tribes, are fighting over what's available.
- HDThoreaun 3y agoYes, fresh water can just be manufactured from salt water. It's not especially cheap, but it is surprisingly affordable. Arizona is not worried about Mexico or the tribes, push comes to shove they're getting nothing.
