Identify the maximum number of tasks you can handle 2. Reduce it by 2 for the task load you can handle comfortably without starting to feel overwhelmed 3. If your task load exceeds #2, prioritize doing the quickest to complete tasks first, regardless how important, until your load is back down to #2. CIA trains agents extensively to always “do the next fastest thing”.
