Tell HN: Submission formatting script capitalizes pronoun WHO as an acronym

I've seen a handful of posts today with incongruous "WHO"s in them. Seems the formatting is assuming posters are talking about the world health organization. I did not capitalize it in the title when I submitted. Example: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=36792699
