Flight Delay Prediction: 94% accuracy

  > 94% accuracy I wonder how highly the same analysis/metrics would score models that simply returns fixed outputs every single time of "Delayed by N minutes". Kind of like how I could make a daily prediction that the local volcano will NOT erupt today, and despite my terrible methods I'm unlikely to ever go below 99.9999% accuracy. :P
