It's business, but we can also label it as predatory, unethical, immoral.
- Brusco_RF 3y agoYou can label it, sure. The question is should we outlaw it.
- autoexec 3y agoYes, we should outlaw unethical exploitative business practices just like we outlaw snake oil salesmen and ponzi schemes. There's no benefit allowing scammers to take advantage of people, especially when they're targeting children.
- can16358p 3y agoI agree. But it shouldn't be illegal; many legitimate businesses also follow very similar dark patterns to acquire and retain customers/users, that's a fact of doing business. It shouldn't magically be an issue when the company provides gambling games.
