I love FiraCode! I was using it for almost half a decade before recently switching to Victor Mono. [1] The ligatures do serve a practical purpose to me anyways.

I love FiraCode! I was using it for almost half a decade before recently switching to Victor Mono. [1] The ligatures do serve a practical purpose to me anyways. I find they make parsing symbols much easier because the same symbol in different contexts looks different when it means something different. There’s a reason it’s a typography option that’s turned OFF in most editors though, I understand why people hate it. Also on the list of things people hate… victor mono has joined-up italics! Which I also love. :) [1] https://rubjo.github.io/victor-mono/ https://rubjo.github.io/victor-mono/
