This could be anything depending on where you are. Maybe recreational sports or something like table tennis or padel. I unicycle. There aren't many of us so when we run into each other we usually hit it off instantly. You can take it as far as you want from learning to ride, to doing tricks, to riding in the mountains or across the country. It requires focus so it takes your mind off of recent events plus it is good exercise and helps with coordination. You become comfortable with looking ridiculous and as a result you meet all types of folks which is great.
