They could try offer incentives to make it slighter more appealing: * four day workweeks * more vacation time If in-office is really that much more productive than WFH, then they should be able to do more with fewer employee days at work, no? * actual individual offices - just get rid of open offices entirely to improve upon the pre-pandemic status quo
