I'd suggest instrumenting the common application code with our backend SDKs and deploying that change to all on-premise servers. Alternatively, you can run an OpenTelemetry collector (https://www.highlight.io/docs/getting-started/backend-logging/file https://www.highlight.io/docs/getting-started/backend-loggin...) on each server to stream logs.
