I don't think it's a good idea. I use Obsidian Sync top sync between laptop to my iOS devices, and I still have sometimes conflicts. If your team is technical then it's better to use git-backed vaults, and everyone on the team would commit/pull/push changes using standard git mechanism. For realtime collaboration with non-technical team members I would use something else, e.g. Notion. Maybe there is some Obsidian vommunity plugin which adds limited realtime collaboration features? I would ask on the official forum.
