I mean he's definitely not as professional as I've seen other security reporters be, but he's not really out of line, especially considering the abuse coming in from the other direction. Cheat/anticheat (and gaming in general) also have a much more informal aura, as evidenced by the support for a paid supposedly professional tool being on discord. In this context he's being very reasonable.
