I made a site that lets you pay me if you don't walk your talk
- tdawggg 3y agoHow it works: 1. Set a public goal together with a pledged amount For example: "I will complete 10 hours of my Udemy's web dev course this weekend" (pledged amount = 5 USD) 2. Update the outcome of your goal If you walked your talk, great! Else, pay the fine (based on your pledged amount) to us :) WalkTheTalk serves as a commitment device and as with all commitment devices, it works only to the extent that a user wants it to. Goofy, but potentially really useful!
