I've never had Covid (as far as I know) and I dont take anything (except vaccines). Hell my kids and wife have all had covid and the flu, and I've looked after them all and I haven't been sick beyond a dribbly nose in about 5-6 years. (oh with the exception of being bedridden for a few days FROM the vaccine :-P )
