- Zetice 3y agoWater gives me headaches...
- neom 3y agoTry warm water, cold/cool water gives me headaches but warm batter doesn't.
- carabiner 3y agoThat's called withdrawal. Believe me, many humans in the past survived on water and solid food alone.

- bjoli 3y agoOm school I was taught "don't drink calories". It has served me well
- NoZebra120vClip 3y agoHmm, beer, milk, fresh organic juices, yogurt drinks, fresh eggs. I enjoy drinking calories.
- bjoli 3y agoI enjoy wine as well, but not on a daily or even weekly basis. And I do have unsweetened soy milk in my morning porridge. I heard someone say " drink water, coffee tea and wine. And milk if you are below 5". It was tongue in cheek, but I have taken it to heart.
