All you need is a domain and a server to host your own Mastodon instance.
- dragontamer 3y agoSome of the largest Mastodon instances are run on $100/month class servers (ex: mastodon.world). Its actually ridiculously cheap.
- riffic 3y agoyou don't even need to use the Mastodon software to be a participant in the wider Mastodon ecosystem. A WordPress site with a plugin can be part of the Fediverse.
