But what if the user actually consents by clicking on that dirty yellow "I AGREE" button? That was the whole defense of tech companies when it came to pushing forced content so far.
- supermatt 3y agoIt wont be long before consumer ToS that take 57 minutes JUST to read will be deemed unenforceable. I'm surprised that any of these contracts could have ever been deemed "considered" by the consumer party, although I appreciate there have been rulings that say otherwise.
