What were three civilians doing on a bridge that is not only in an active war zone but has successfully targeted before?. A bridge that Ukraine has said multiple times they will target and that people should not use it?. I have sympathy for the child who was at the mercy of her parents, but her parents clearly make very bad decisions. They should of been smarter and not gone on the bridge that has a tendency to explode.
