If I'm reading this correctly, the survey asked respondents in 2018 and 2021 about a range of American institutions, just four of which were tech companies: Amazon, Google, Facebook, and Twitter (only included in 2021). Sentiment dropped more for those than any other American institutions, apparently! Twitter wasn't included in the 2018 survey but appears to have been the actual lowest sentiment on the list when included in the 2021 survey.
