And 5-10 years ago self-driving trucks were going to put truckers out of a job in 5-10 years. Turns out the world is complex.
- JSavageOne 3y agoI think it's much easier to replace digital workers because 1. Significantly more people are tackling digital problems (eg. you don't have many solo entrepreneurs working on self-driving car projects because of the high capital requirements, regulations, and it being fairly niche) 2. Replacing digital work is safer because unlike driving it generally doesn't involve life or death.
