Can you not use CarPlay?

  Maybe it's just be, but I don't think having to take your phone out of your pocket and connecting it through a cable as confenient as something "that just works". IMHO the required connecting cable is the biggest downside of Apple CarPlay.

    If you have a modern OS (I had to upgrade to Android 13) and a modern headunit, both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay work wireless.

    Modern versions of CarPlay support a wireless mode.
