I was pleasantly surprised that our version of the FTC (the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority - CMA) blocked the deal. We live in a world of trillion dollar tech companies. The level of power they have is enormous. It’s about time regulators did something to ensure their market-distorting power is kept in check.
