Is there a sex-specific difference in gut immunity that would account for the much higher prevalence of CFS in women?
- gymbeaux 3y agoAs far as I know, all autoimmune diseases are more prevalent in women, so I’m skeptical that a gender-specific difference in gut immunity is at play, but it’s possible.
