- mcny 3y agoone word: residuals imagine if you could pay tom cruise, before he became tom cruise for one day's work for his likeness and now you have non-retractable blah blah license to use this likeness in perpetuity. tom cruise asks for a pay raise? they will just cgi tom cruise. wages will fall below minimum wages if they don't stand up now.
