My question is: What constitutes as harassment? If I call someone on HN a troll and an idiot, can I be convicted based on this judgment? Does it have to flow into the real world?
- marcinzm 3y agoThat would be defined in Washington's cyberstalking, telephone harassment, invasion of privacy, and "nuisance" laws that the defendant was found guilty of violating. So you'd want to look into those to see what they say.
