I have a free Netflix sub through Verizon. I no longer use Verizon but my sub is still active until November. Netflix says I must go through Verizon to cancel

I have a free Netflix sub through Verizon. I no longer use Verizon but my sub is still active until November. Netflix says I must go through Verizon to cancel but Verizon killed my account once I changed providers. I guess I’ll see what happens in November since I currently have no way to cancel.
