Ask HN: An app that reads and summarises URLs in your bookmarks

Is there a Github repository or so that can take my hundreds of Chrome bookmarks, open and read the URLs, and use OpenAI to summarise their contents as brief blurbs? I have so many bookmarks (saved over a decade) at this point that I could probably read a daily newsletter generated from their contents. A locally-stored setup to read and summarise them would be nice. I have zero coding expertise but I can follow a tutorial. So for example, if there is a workflow that can include using OpenAI playground to generate the summary and then output that as a page or newsletter, that would be cool.
