If you're talking about the file picker or desktop environment related defaults, you can just go to about:config and set "widget.use-xdg-desktop-portal" to true

If you're talking about the file picker or desktop environment related defaults, you can just go to about:config and set "widget.use-xdg-desktop-portal" to true and/or "widget.use-xdg-desktop-portal.file-picker" to 1. Unfortunately not enabled by default
- shmerl 3y agoI'm talking about Firefox for example creating $HOME/.mozilla since it's not using XDG base directory spec fully (it does use it for cache for example).
