"How?", they ask, forgetting that a single person living alone pays the full share of rent, and then only has a single income to save towards real estate. Nearly 100% of the people I know under age 35 who own their dwelling are couples, with both employed (and an overwhelming majority of those couples have at least one STEM income in that "portfolio").
