Removing distractions and time-sucks from the engineers is a force multiplication though.
- sfn42 3y agoNot of the developer's force. He has a hugely valuable skill and it's just deteriorating while he isn't using it to create value. Like I just said in the message you responded to, anyone can do that role. It doesn't have to be a dev.
