Interview is a two-way process. The company must know who are their good interviewers and who are not. A not-so-good interviewer may not only give false-positive feedbacks but also contributes to pass really good candidates. To be worse, a lousy interviewer may produce a negative image to the company and actually drive a good candidate away. I think many people may have the experience that an interviewer was so rude and arrogant that no way would you join the company and work with the interviewer.
