- TrevorJ 3y agoFrom the IRS: "A worker who is required to comply with instructions about when, where, and how to work is ordinarily an employee." Sure seems like you are correct.
- EA-3167 3y agoI suppose that's why Uber is phrasing this as a request, but it still seems like trying to have their cake and eat it too.
